Ordering procedure once your order is received by the production office:

• 1) Your order will be captured on our system and send to you for approval.
• 2) Once we received your approval and your 50% deposit is reflecting in our bank account, stock will be checked / reserved.
• 3) Order will be processed soon thereafter and an ETD will be communicated to you.

Our general lead time is between 5-7 working days on most products, this might differ from time to time as it is influenced by the number of orders we have in the system.
To speed-up the process, please email proof of payment with the order number as reference to orders@ventolite.co.za & financejhb@ventolite.co.za.
Once we have received all relevant information, the order will be processed for production and an ETD will be communicated to you.
We do offer an “Express Service” from time to time where the ETD date can be brought forward at an additional 15% charge.
All sizes supplied should be Finished Sizes, we do not deduct in the factory.
Please note we have a 3mm tolerance from the size on order and actual product size supplied.
It is the customers responsibility to have a copy of our latest price lists on hand, products ordered outside our “Standard Price List Sizes” will carry no guarantee.
No fixing screws are supplied.
